Stephanie Metzler is a highly trained manual therapist with over 19 years of experience. She has worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, helping them to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and achieve a better quality of life. Stephanie's passion for manual therapy led her to become an instructor for the Blue Heron Academy, where she taught aspiring therapists the skills and techniques they need to succeed in the field.

Outside of work, Stephanie is a devoted wife and mother, as well as a proud Mimi to four beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and traveling to new places. With a warm and compassionate approach to patient care, Stephanie is dedicated to helping each and every one of her clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
